Save the Voicely number in your phone, then forward any voice note or audio file to it, the same way you forward a message to a friend. Voicely replies in the same chat with the full transcript, a 2–3 line summary, and a checklist of the tasks inside it: items, quantities, amounts, dates and names.
Urdu, Roman Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic and English, including the mixed speech most of us actually use ("kal tak 50 pieces bhej do, same as last time"). The language is detected automatically. You get the transcript in the original language, and can ask for Roman Urdu or English instead.
No. Voicely only sees the voice notes you forward to it. It does not join groups, read other chats, or transcribe calls.
By default the audio is deleted as soon as it has been processed. Text is kept only if you sign in and choose to keep a searchable history. Your notes are never used to train models.
No. Voicely is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API from Meta) with its own business number. It does not use unofficial WhatsApp Web tricks that can get numbers banned. You just forward messages to it like any other contact.
Yes. Reply "order" and Voicely formats the note as an order slip. With a free DanixSoft account you can search all your past notes on the web and export them to CSV or Google Sheets.
